THAISA NAVOLAR

Functional dietitian, coach and passionate about plant-based cuisine!


The decision to become a dietitian came from a strong will to work with health and care, combined with the interest for studying natural and vegetarian food, which were already part of my lifestyle.

This wish became even stronger after I lived in New York and had the opportunity to study plant-based cuisine at the Natural Gourmet Institute, one of the best natural culinary schools in the world.

Since 2006, I have been teaching functional cooking courses and lecturing at the Brazilian Vegetarian Society (SVB).

Studying is also one of my passions. I hold a master’s degree in Public Health and I have concluded postgraduation programs in Functional Clinical Nutrition, Phytotherapy and Coach Training.

After years as a clinical dietitian, currently working in Florianópolis (Brazil), I strongly felt the need to share my knowledge on vegetarian nutrition as well as the importance of strengthening social networks at this field. That is why I created the Veg Coaching Program - the first online course for vegetarians and people transitioning to vegetarianism or veganism.
